Terms of Service

By placing an order on cfume.com, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders

• All jewelry is handcrafted based on the pet photo you provide
• A design draft will be sent for your approval before production begins
• Once you confirm the design draft, production starts and the order cannot be fully cancelled
• Slight variations may occur between the photo and the finished piece due to the handcrafted nature of our products

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD
• Payment must be received in full before production begins
• We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Union Pay

Production & Shipping

• Production time: 15-25 business days after design confirmation
• Shipping time: 5-12 days depending on your location
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
