Refund & Return Policy
Custom-Made Products
All Cfume Pet Pure jewelry is custom-made based on your pet's photo. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the confirmed design draft, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos at chencindy2580@gmail.com. We will either:
- Remake the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Order Cancellation
- Before design draft confirmation: Full refund available
- After design draft confirmation: 50% refund (production has begun)
- After shipment: No cancellation possible
Non-Quality Issues
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ring size (please confirm your size before approving the design draft)
- Slight variations from the photo (handcrafted items have natural variations)
- Delayed shipping due to customs or carrier issues
Production Time
Each piece requires 15-25 business days to handcraft after you confirm the design draft. Shipping time is additional (5-12 days depending on your location).
